CLOUDMARK LLC
Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 6, 2026
Last updated: October 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how CLOUDMARK LLC, a Florida-based limited liability company operating The Military Exit Plan ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information in connection with our website, course, communications, appointment booking, and discovery calls.
It applies to themilitaryexitplan.com and the related services we provide. Our course and discovery-call services are offered only to individuals located in the United States who are at least 18 years old.
Key information: We use personal information to deliver your course, process purchases, respond to requests, arrange calls, and send relevant emails. We use advertising and measurement tools as described below. Discovery calls are recorded with notice and consent using Fireflies.ai.
We do not sell or rent customer contact lists, give those lists to unrelated businesses for their own marketing, or upload customer contact lists to advertising platforms. Advertising pixels can nevertheless disclose online activity to advertising partners. We communicate with customers by email and do not send SMS or text-message campaigns.
1. Scope of this policy
This policy covers information collected when you visit our website, purchase or access the course, use our forms or booking tools, exchange emails with us, or participate in a discovery call. It also covers information we receive from providers that help us operate these services.
This policy explains our information practices. Purchase, course-access, refund, and educational-use provisions are addressed in our separate Terms, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer.
2. Information we collect
The information collected depends on how you interact with us and which features you use. It may include:
- Contact and profile information: Your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, and other information submitted through a form, account profile, or email.
- Purchase and transaction information: Billing details, products purchased, payment status, transaction identifiers, and records relating to refunds, disputes, or customer support. Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number or card security code through our ordinary checkout.
- Account and course information: Your enrollment, account activity, lessons accessed or completed, course progress, and interactions with course resources.
- Booking and communication information: Appointment details, responses to booking questions, messages, support requests, and transition goals or background you choose to share.
- Discovery-call information: Participant details, audio recordings, any video capture enabled for the meeting, transcripts, and AI-generated notes or summaries, as described in Section 9.
- Website and device information: IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser or device type, cookie identifiers, referring pages, pages viewed, and activity such as visits, clicks, or purchases.
- Email interaction information: Where enabled by our email tools, delivery information, link clicks, and signals indicating that an email was opened. These signals may not accurately reflect whether a person read an email.
3. Where information comes from
We collect information directly from you when you submit forms, make a purchase, access your course, book a call, contact us, or participate in a meeting. We also collect certain information automatically through our website, course platform, email tools, cookies, and advertising technologies.
We may receive related information from payment processors, course and booking providers, email providers, meeting tools, and advertising or analytics platforms, consistent with the services they provide and applicable privacy choices.
4. How we use information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
- Process purchases, provide course access, maintain accounts, and deliver resources.
- Track course participation and send relevant course communications or follow-up emails.
- Schedule discovery calls, prepare for conversations, document discussions, and provide follow-up.
- Respond to questions, handle support requests, and address payment or access issues.
- Send promotional emails about our course, resources, or related services, subject to your choices and applicable law.
- Measure website and advertising performance, understand engagement, and improve our services.
- Show relevant advertising through the tools described in Section 5.
- Maintain business records, prevent fraud or misuse, comply with legal obligations, and establish or defend legal claims.
6. Customer lists and advertising disclosures
We do not sell or rent customer contact lists, provide those lists to unrelated businesses for their independent marketing, or upload customer contact lists to advertising platforms for customer-list audience targeting.
However, using advertising pixels or similar technologies can disclose personal information about online activity to advertising partners. Under some state privacy laws, this may qualify as a "sale," "sharing," or processing for targeted advertising even without a cash payment or a customer-list upload. Applicable choices and rights are described in Section 13.
7. Who receives information
We disclose information when reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to:
- Service providers: Providers supporting our website, course delivery, contact management, email delivery, payments, booking, meetings, recording, transcription, storage, security, accounting, or professional advice. Our principal tools include GoHighLevel, Stripe, Google services used for email or calendars, Zoom, and Fireflies.ai.
- Advertising and analytics partners: Providers receiving information through the tools described in Section 5, subject to applicable privacy choices and legal requirements.
- Legal and safety recipients: Courts, government authorities, professional advisers, or other appropriate recipients when legally required or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security, safety, disputes, or legal claims.
- Business-transfer recipients: A potential or actual successor, purchaser, or adviser involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or transfer of our business or assets, subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable law.
- Recipients you authorize: A recipient when you direct us to disclose information or separately authorize the disclosure.
Providers may process information on our behalf, and certain providers also process information for their own purposes under their privacy notices. You can review the notices for GoHighLevel, Stripe, and Fireflies.ai. Their notices do not replace our responsibilities for the information we handle.
8. Email communications
We send emails relating to purchases, course access, account security, customer support, appointments, and requested follow-up. We may also send promotional emails about our course, resources, or related services where permitted by law. We do not send SMS or text-message campaigns.
You can stop promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting [email protected]. We honor marketing opt-out requests within the period required by law. Unsubscribing does not cancel your course access. Necessary transactional or service emails may continue where permitted by law.
9. Discovery-call recordings and Fireflies.ai
We use Fireflies.ai to record, transcribe, and summarize discovery calls. Depending on the meeting settings, the information processed may include participant names, audio, enabled video capture, the topics discussed, transcripts, and AI-generated notes or summaries.
We use these materials to document discussions, prepare follow-up, support service delivery, and review service quality. Fireflies.ai and its supporting providers process meeting content to provide these functions.
We provide notice and ask all participants for permission before starting recording or transcription. Booking a call or reading this policy is not, by itself, permission to record. If you do not want to be recorded, tell us before the meeting or before recording begins. You may ask us to pause or stop recording during the call or contact us to arrange an unrecorded conversation.
We limit access to call materials to authorized personnel and providers with a legitimate business need, and participants when we intentionally share a copy. We do not publish call recordings or use them in advertisements or testimonials without separate express permission.
10. Sensitive information
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, government or military identification numbers, account passwords, full payment-card details, detailed medical records, VA claim files, classified information, or other restricted military information through our forms, emails, or discovery calls. Enter payment information only through the designated secure payment checkout.
Share only the information reasonably needed for your question or transition discussion. If you voluntarily disclose sensitive details during a recorded call, they may be included in the recording, transcript, or summary. You can ask us to pause recording before discussing a sensitive topic.
11. How long we keep information
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Retention periods depend on the information involved, the services you use, and applicable legal requirements.
- Account and course records: For the period reasonably needed to maintain your enrollment, access, progress, and related support.
- Transaction and business records: For accounting, tax, fraud prevention, payment disputes, legal obligations, and the establishment or defense of claims.
- Messages and call materials: For the period reasonably needed to document discussions, provide follow-up or support, review service quality, and address disputes or legal requirements.
- Marketing and tracking information: Based on the purpose, relevant preferences, provider settings, and cookie or technology lifetimes. We may retain limited suppression records to remember a marketing opt-out.
When information is no longer reasonably needed, we delete or de-identify it, subject to legal retention requirements and ordinary backup cycles. Service providers may retain certain information under their own legal obligations or privacy notices.
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including limiting access to legitimate business purposes. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.
Keep your account credentials private and notify us promptly if you believe your account or information has been accessed without authorization.
13. Your choices and privacy requests
You can unsubscribe from promotional emails, manage browser cookies and platform advertising settings, decline call recording, and contact us about your information.
Depending on your state of residence and the laws applicable to our business, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, opt out of a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, limit certain uses of sensitive information, or appeal a denied request. These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions. We do not discriminate against you for exercising rights protected by applicable law.
To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject Privacy Request. Describe your request and provide the email address associated with your account or interaction. Do not send unnecessary sensitive documents.
For access, correction, or deletion requests, we may need to verify your identity. For advertising opt-outs, we request only the information reasonably needed to identify and apply your choice. An authorized agent may submit a request where applicable law permits, and we may seek proof of authorization or confirmation as permitted by that law.
We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If we deny a request, we explain the reason as required. Where an appeal right applies, send an email with the subject Privacy Appeal to the same address and explain what you would like reconsidered.
Some information may need to be retained where permitted or required by law, such as for legal, accounting, security, dispute-resolution, or ongoing services you request. Deleting information necessary for your account may affect our ability to maintain that account or provide associated services. We will explain relevant limitations when responding.
14. Age and United States eligibility
Our course and discovery-call services are available only to individuals located in the United States who are 18 years of age or older. We do not offer these services to customers outside the United States.
Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the situation and delete the information as appropriate, subject to applicable legal requirements.
15. Third-party services and processing locations
Our website or course may link to other websites or services. Information you provide directly to an independent third party is handled under that party's privacy notice. Review its notice before submitting information.
Our service providers may process or store information in the United States or other countries, as described in their privacy notices and data-handling arrangements.
16. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy as our services, information practices, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For material changes, we provide additional notice and obtain consent where required by applicable law.
