CLOUDMARK LLC
Terms and Conditions
Effective date: October 7, 2026
Last updated: October 7, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") describe the agreement between you and CLOUDMARK LLC, a Florida-based limited liability company operating The Military Exit Plan ("we," "us," or "our"), for purchases, course access, discovery calls, and related services provided through themilitaryexitplan.com.
Please read these Terms before enrolling or purchasing. Our Refund Policy addresses refunds, our Disclaimer explains educational limitations, and our Privacy Policy describes our information practices.
Key information: Our services are for individuals located in the United States who are at least 18 years old. The course is a one-time purchase with lifetime course access. Your enrollment is for your personal use. Paid coaching, if offered, requires a separate purchase.
The Military Exit Plan provides education and transition guidance. We do not guarantee employment, earnings, military-program approval, VA benefits, or a particular transition outcome. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy disclosed before purchase and applicable law.
1. Agreement and eligibility
You accept these Terms when you select an acceptance checkbox at checkout or enrollment, or otherwise expressly agree to them before receiving a service. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase or enrollment. We make the applicable terms and policies available for review before purchase.
Our course, discovery calls, and related services are offered only to individuals located in the United States who are at least 18 years old. You must provide accurate enrollment and billing information and have authority to use the payment method you submit.
Contact us before purchasing if you have a question about eligibility, access, or what your purchase includes.
2. Educational scope and independence
The Military Exit Plan offers educational materials and guidance about planning a military-to-civilian transition. Topics may include career preparation, compensation comparisons, job applications, networking, military transition programs, and general information about veterans' benefits.
We are an independent business. We are not part of, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Department of Defense, the Department of Veterans Affairs, any military branch, or another government agency.
Course content and discovery calls are not individualized legal, tax, investment, financial, medical, or mental-health advice. Participation does not create an attorney-client, licensed financial-adviser, or healthcare-provider relationship. Buying the course or booking a call does not appoint us as your representative for a VA claim or another government proceeding.
3. Your decisions and results
You are responsible for your career, separation, retirement, financial, benefits, and other personal decisions. Consider your own circumstances and consult qualified professionals or appropriate government personnel when needed.
We do not guarantee a job, job offer, salary, income increase, VA disability rating, benefits award, SkillBridge approval, or any other specific result. Outcomes depend on factors such as your circumstances, actions, qualifications, employers, market conditions, and decisions made by government agencies or military authorities.
Examples, testimonials, and personal experiences illustrate particular situations and do not promise that you will achieve the same outcome. Government rules and program requirements can change. Verify important information with the responsible authority before acting.
4. Purchases and payments
The course price, included features, and any applicable taxes or charges are disclosed at checkout before payment. The course is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. A later price change does not change the amount owed for a completed purchase.
Payments are processed through our designated payment provider, currently Stripe. You authorize the charge disclosed at checkout using your selected payment method. Course access may depend on successful payment and verification of the transaction.
Optional paid coaching or other separately priced services require a separate purchase and any applicable service agreement. Purchasing the course or attending a free discovery call does not automatically enroll you in a paid service or authorize additional charges.
5. Course delivery and accounts
The course is delivered digitally through our course platform. Use a current email address and check your inbox and spam folder for purchase and access messages. If your access message does not arrive or a login does not work, contact [email protected] so we can assist.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized use. Enrollment provides access for one individual. Do not share, sell, transfer, or give another person access to your account.
You are responsible for having a compatible device and internet connection. We send purchase, access, support, and appointment communications by email. Unsubscribing from promotional emails does not cancel your enrollment or prevent necessary service emails where permitted by law.
6. Lifetime course access
The course is offered with lifetime course access. Your access does not expire merely because you finish the course, stop using it, or unsubscribe from promotional emails. Course updates and resources expressly included in your purchase offer remain included as described in that offer.
We may update course materials, perform maintenance, or move to another hosting platform. We will not use a platform change or an update to these Terms to withdraw the access promised at purchase. Temporary interruptions are addressed in Section 15. If we can no longer provide the purchased access, we will address available alternatives and any remedy required by the purchase agreement or applicable law.
Lifetime course access does not include unlimited private coaching, indefinite personal support, or separately priced products unless your purchase offer expressly includes them. Access remains subject to the personal-use license and the specific refund or material-breach provisions below.
7. Personal-use license and intellectual property
Upon successful purchase, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the purchased course for your own education and transition planning, for the access period promised in your purchase offer.
We or our licensors retain ownership of the course videos, instructional text, worksheets, templates, graphics, branding, and other protected materials. You may download resources made available for download and use them for their intended personal purpose.
- You may use completed personal worksheets, resumes, application materials, and other permitted template outputs in your own job search and share your personal outputs with prospective employers or advisers.
- You may not redistribute, publish, resell, sublicense, or rebrand the course or its source materials, or use those materials to build a competing commercial course without our written permission.
- You may not record or reproduce protected course videos, bypass access controls, or systematically extract course materials except as expressly authorized or permitted by applicable law.
These restrictions do not claim ownership of your personal information, your original work, general ideas or skills you learn, or your consumer reviews. They do not limit fair use or other rights protected by law.
8. Acceptable use and honest reviews
Do not use our services for fraud, unlawful activity, impersonation, threats, harassment, malware distribution, unauthorized account access, or interference with platform security or operations. Do not submit content that unlawfully infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.
You may share honest opinions about the course, our services, and your experience, including negative reviews. These Terms do not restrict lawful reviews, require you to assign rights in your reviews, or impose a penalty for an honest review. They do not prevent you from reporting concerns to a government agency or exercising legal rights.
9. Discovery calls and optional coaching
When your course offer includes a free 30-minute discovery call, that call is optional and does not require you to purchase additional services. Scheduling is subject to available appointments. The call is intended to discuss your transition goals and whether additional support may be useful.
A discovery call does not include ongoing private coaching or create an obligation for us to take over your transition planning. Any paid coaching arrangement must identify its scope, price, scheduling terms, and applicable cancellation or refund terms before you agree to purchase it.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a discovery call, use the booking tools provided or email us. We may also need to reschedule an appointment and will communicate available options.
10. Call recordings and privacy
We use Fireflies.ai to record, transcribe, and summarize discovery calls with notice and consent. We ask all participants for permission before recording or transcription starts. Accepting these Terms, purchasing the course, or booking a call is not, by itself, permission to record.
You may decline recording, ask us to pause or stop it, or arrange an unrecorded conversation. We do not publish call recordings or use them in advertising or testimonials without separate express permission.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, advertising technologies, emails, and call materials, as well as available privacy choices. Acceptance of these Terms is not a substitute for any separate privacy or recording consent required by law.
11. Materials you submit
You retain ownership of your original resumes, messages, documents, and other materials you provide. You give us permission to receive, store, review, and use those materials only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, communicate with you, and handle the information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Submit only material you have the right to share. Do not send classified or restricted military information, Social Security numbers, account passwords, full payment-card details, detailed medical records, or VA claim files through ordinary forms, emails, or calls. Enter payment information only through the designated checkout.
Submitting material or giving feedback does not authorize us to publish your name, story, image, documents, or testimonial. Public promotional use requires separate permission.
12. Refunds and cancellations
Refund eligibility, request procedures, and any applicable conditions are described in the Refund Policy made available before your purchase. Any specific refund promise in your purchase offer also applies. These Terms do not create an additional refund deadline or override a refund right required by law.
Because the course is a one-time purchase, there is no recurring course subscription to cancel. Closing an account or stopping course use does not, by itself, determine whether a refund is due.
If a course purchase is fully refunded or lawfully reversed, the license and access for that refunded purchase end unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise. This does not transfer ownership of your original personal work to us. A partial refund does not automatically end access unless that result was disclosed and agreed upon or is otherwise permitted by law.
13. Billing errors and payment disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, contact [email protected] with your name, purchase email, and a description of the issue. Do not email full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.
We may investigate the transaction and work with the payment provider to resolve it. You retain any rights to dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider, report fraud, or pursue other remedies available under applicable law. Contacting us first is a request, not a waiver of those rights or a condition that shortens a legal deadline.
We do not impose a penalty merely because you raise a good-faith billing dispute. A confirmed refund, reversal, fraudulent transaction, or unpaid purchase may affect access to the corresponding purchase as permitted by law.
14. Access restrictions and material breaches
We may temporarily restrict access when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected account compromise, unauthorized sharing, fraud, unlawful activity, or a material violation of these Terms. Restrictions will be limited to what is reasonably necessary to address the issue.
Where reasonably possible, we will explain the issue and allow you an opportunity to correct a breach before permanently ending access. Immediate action may be appropriate for serious security threats, fraud, or unlawful conduct. You may contact support to request review of an access restriction.
We will not terminate access because you post an honest negative review, unsubscribe from marketing, make a good-faith complaint, or exercise a protected legal right. Any termination remains subject to applicable law, your purchase agreement, and any refund or other remedy you are entitled to receive.
15. Platform availability and outside links
Our website and course depend on internet access and third-party hosting, payment, and communication tools. Maintenance, technical failures, security issues, and circumstances outside our reasonable control can cause temporary interruptions. We use reasonable efforts to address problems affecting purchased access.
We may update or replace platform features while preserving the material benefits promised at purchase. These Terms do not permit us to remove paid access for convenience without honoring our purchase commitments and applicable remedies.
Links to independent websites or resources are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, availability, or information practices. Their own terms may apply when you use their services. This does not excuse our responsibilities for the services we sell.
16. Warranty limitations
We honor the express commitments made in your purchase offer and any warranties or rights required by law. Subject to those commitments and to the extent permitted by law, educational materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without additional implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.
We do not warrant that every resource will remain current at all times, that access will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the course will meet every individual's personal objectives. These limitations do not cancel our obligation to deliver the purchased course and promised access or eliminate a remedy required by law.
17. Limitations of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CLOUDMARK LLC and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the course or related services, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for claims arising from a particular purchase or service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the purchase or service giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, required refunds, or liabilities and consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit. If the law governing your claim provides greater protection, that protection applies.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Florida law, without applying conflict-of-law rules that would displace that law, except where mandatory consumer protections or other applicable laws require otherwise.
We encourage you to contact support so we can try to resolve a concern informally. This is not a requirement to give up a claim or allow a filing deadline to expire. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive your right to make a lawful complaint to a regulator.
Where a dispute proceeds in court, it may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida, subject to any nonwaivable right to bring a claim elsewhere and applicable jurisdiction and venue rules.
19. Updates and agreement details
We may update these Terms for future purchases or service changes and will post the revised version with an updated date. For material changes affecting an existing agreement, we provide notice and obtain assent when required. An update does not retroactively remove purchased access, an express benefit, or a refund right that applied when you purchased.
These Terms, the purchase offer you accepted, the applicable Refund Policy, the Disclaimer, and any separate service agreement describe the terms of your purchase. The Privacy Policy separately describes information practices. If a general provision conflicts with a specific express purchase promise, the specific promise controls, subject to applicable law.
If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later. No provision limits a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
