Refund Policy

Effective date: October 7, 2026
Last updated: October 7, 2026

This Refund Policy explains the refund rules for The Military Exit Plan course sold by CLOUDMARK LLC, a Florida-based limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"), through themilitaryexitplan.com.

Please review this policy before purchasing, together with our Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information provided with a support or refund request.

No change-of-mind refunds: We do not offer refunds because you change your mind, dislike the course, decide not to use it, or do not achieve a particular personal outcome. There is no general satisfaction guarantee or trial refund period.

This rule does not prevent correction of verified billing errors, refunds for undelivered access, remedies for a material difference from what was promised, or refunds required by applicable law. Any specific express purchase promise also applies.

1. Scope and digital delivery

This policy applies to the one-time purchase of The Military Exit Plan course and the resources or benefits expressly included in that purchase. The course is delivered digitally and includes the course-access period described in your purchase offer and our Terms.

The course is not a recurring subscription. There is no recurring course payment to cancel. Closing your account, unsubscribing from promotional emails, or stopping course use does not, by itself, create a refund right.

Review the course description, included features, price, eligibility requirements, and this policy before completing payment. If you have a question about whether the course meets your needs, contact us before purchasing.

2. No change-of-mind or satisfaction refunds

Subject to the exceptions and legal rights described below, a completed course purchase is final for reasons based on personal preference or changed circumstances. We do not offer a general satisfaction guarantee, a trial refund period, or refunds simply because you decide the course is not for you.

Reasons that do not, by themselves, qualify for a refund include:

  • Changing your mind after purchase or deciding you no longer want the course.
  • Disliking the teaching style, presentation, format, or general course content.
  • Already knowing some of the information covered.
  • Not having time to participate, not starting the course, or not completing it.
  • Changing your career, separation, retirement, or transition plans.
  • Not obtaining a desired job, salary, benefits award, VA rating, military-program approval, or other personal outcome.
  • Finding a different course, resource, or later promotional price after purchasing.

This rule applies whether or not you have logged in, started lessons, downloaded available resources, or completed the course. Personal dissatisfaction is different from a verifiable failure to deliver what was promised. The exceptions below and any rights that cannot lawfully be waived always apply.

3. Billing and delivery exceptions

We review and address legitimate purchase problems, including:

  • Duplicate charges: If we verify an accidental duplicate payment for the same intended enrollment, we refund the duplicate charge while preserving the valid paid enrollment.
  • Incorrect billing: If we charged more than the amount you authorized at checkout, we correct the error and refund the verified overcharge.
  • Undelivered course access: If we cannot provide the purchased course access within a reasonable period after you report the problem and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it, we provide an appropriate refund or other remedy consistent with your purchase agreement and applicable law.
  • Material differences from the purchase offer: If the delivered course or an included benefit materially differs from what we expressly represented at purchase, we review the identified difference and provide the correction, refund, or other remedy required by the purchase agreement or applicable law.
  • Required refunds: We honor refunds and other remedies required by applicable law, along with any specific express refund promise that applied to your purchase.

A report of a problem starts a review. We may verify the transaction and relevant facts before determining the appropriate correction. Verification does not eliminate a right or delay a remedy beyond a deadline required by law.

4. Course-access and technical problems

If an access email does not arrive, a login fails, or purchased content is unavailable, contact [email protected]. Check your spam folder and confirm that you used the correct purchase email address.

We will work with you to identify the issue and restore the promised access. A temporary problem that is promptly resolved does not, by itself, create a change-of-mind refund right. An unresolved failure to deliver purchased access is handled under Section 3 and applicable law.

This policy does not shorten the lifetime course-access commitment described in your purchase offer and our Terms. A platform change, course completion, or inactivity does not, by itself, end that commitment.

5. How to request a billing correction or refund review

Email [email protected] with the subject Refund Request and include:

  • Your name and the email address used for the purchase.
  • The purchase date and order or receipt number, if available.
  • A clear description of the billing, delivery, or other purchase problem.
  • Relevant screenshots or correspondence, if available and reasonably helpful.

Do not email full payment-card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or unnecessary sensitive documents. Report problems promptly so we can investigate and help. This request to report promptly does not shorten any legal deadline or extinguish a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

6. Review and response

We aim to respond to support and refund-review requests within three business days. If an investigation requires additional time, we will explain the next steps. Any response or remedy deadline required by law takes priority.

We may review payment records, access-delivery records, account activity, the purchase offer, and information reasonably needed to verify the reported issue. We may ask for reasonable additional information or help troubleshooting an access problem.

We explain the outcome of the review and any approved correction or refund. Starting or completing lessons does not disqualify you from a billing correction or a remedy required by law. We do not require you to complete the course or purchase coaching before reviewing a legitimate purchase problem.

7. How approved refunds are issued

Approved refunds are initiated promptly through the payment provider, currently Stripe, to the original payment method. We confirm when the refund has been initiated. If the original payment method cannot receive it, we work with the payment provider to arrange an appropriate resolution.

A billing correction returns the verified duplicate payment or overcharge. A full refund returns the amount paid for the affected course purchase, including associated taxes where applicable. We do not deduct an administrative or restocking fee from an approved refund under this policy.

After a card refund is initiated, it generally appears approximately 5 to 10 business days later, depending on the bank or card issuer. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed bank-posting date. A refund issued shortly after payment may appear as the original charge disappearing rather than as a separate credit.

If a confirmed refund does not appear, contact us so we can help trace it with the payment provider. If the same amount has already been returned through a bank dispute or payment reversal, we coordinate with the provider to avoid issuing a duplicate reimbursement.

8. Course access after a refund

If your course purchase is fully refunded or lawfully reversed, access and the license to use the course materials for that purchase end unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise. You may no longer access, share, distribute, or continue using our licensed course materials for that refunded purchase.

You retain ownership of your original personal work, including your own resume, messages, and personal information. You may continue using your original personal outputs, such as completed resumes and application materials. This policy does not transfer that ownership to us.

Refunding an accidental duplicate charge preserves the valid paid enrollment. A partial refund or billing correction does not automatically end course access unless that result was disclosed and agreed upon or is otherwise permitted by law.

9. Discovery calls and separately purchased coaching

A free discovery call included in a course offer is optional. Canceling or rescheduling that call does not, by itself, cancel the course purchase or create a course-refund right. A failure to deliver an expressly included benefit remains subject to Section 3 and applicable law.

Any separately purchased coaching or other paid service must have its scope, price, scheduling, cancellation, and refund terms disclosed before purchase. Those service-specific terms govern that separate purchase, subject to applicable law. This course policy does not create additional coaching fees or cancellation penalties.

10. Unauthorized charges and payment disputes

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, contact us and, when appropriate, your bank or payment provider. We investigate reports and cooperate with the payment provider in handling verified errors or unauthorized transactions.

Contacting us first is encouraged so we can try to resolve the issue, but it is not a waiver of your bank-dispute rights or a condition that shortens a legal deadline. This policy does not prohibit a good-faith billing dispute, a lawful complaint, or another remedy available under applicable law.

We do not impose a penalty merely because you raise a good-faith dispute. A confirmed refund or lawful payment reversal may affect the corresponding course access as described in Section 8 and our Terms.

11. Legal rights and express purchase promises

Nothing in this policy excludes a refund, correction, warranty, or other consumer remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Where the law governing your purchase provides a mandatory right, that right applies.

If a specific express purchase promise gives you greater protection than a general provision in this policy, we honor that promise. The no-change-of-mind rule does not excuse fraud, material misrepresentation, or failure to deliver the purchased course or its promised benefits.

12. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy for future purchases and post the revised version with a new "Last updated" date. The refund terms and express promises applicable when you purchased continue to govern that purchase, subject to applicable law.

We do not use a later policy update to retroactively remove a refund right or purchased benefit. For material changes affecting an existing agreement, we provide notice and obtain assent when required by law.
